These knives are super sharp and well-made.
They cut through any meat like it is butter. They clean very easily.

I ordered the 17-pc set and got the 14. They are supposed to send the 17 but I still have not received it.

We got these to replace our beloved, 20-year old Faberware set. I am no kitchen knife expert, so my review is based on a comparison between the two.
Overall, the seamless design between handle and blade is elegant and beautiful. It is also quite functional, though there is a bit of an adjustment you may have to make if you are moving from a traditional set like the Faberware (more on this below).
These knives are super sharp and, other than the serrated knives, sharpen up really nicely. I honestly don't think our other set ever was quite as sharp as this one was right out of the box.
The steak knives are the only ones that will take some adjustment for us. While they are physically longer than my Faberware set (as well as past sets I have owned), the handles feel shorter for some reason. I think it might be because they are so light.
The other knives -- bread knife, boning knife, chef knife, etc. -- are well-weighted and super sharp. I love this set.
